1 Entries at (Competition #722) will be accepted via the club competition secretary or the athletes themselves using their own login. It is possible for an athlete to be entered multiple times in the same event. Be careful of duplication.

2 All entrants regardless of category will automatically be entered in the Senior individual and club team championship.

3 A Master, eligible for Novice, may enter both categories but must pay a second entry fee of €5.

Late entries will be accepted on the day at registration and a late entry fee of €10 will apply

An exception to this will be where, say, a Master, in an Over 50+ category, who does not have a team, may be declared on the club 35+ team. This will have to be done at registration on the day but before race start

6 Individual and team medals will be awarded to the first three in each category (as known when entries close on March 15th). There will be separate men’s and women’s team competitions for Senior, Novice and Over 35 with 4 athletes to count on a team. In the Over 45+ women, the Over 50+ men and the Over 65+ three athletes will count on the team

7 Presentation of individual medals to the first three Senior will be take place at the finish immediately after the race. All other medals will be presented in the hall at 12 noon
