Cork Athletics International Award Medals
The Cork Athletics Annual International Awards presentations will take place in the Kingsley Hotel, Carrigrohane Road, Cork, on Friday January 27th 2023. The awards are made to Cork athletes who have represented Ireland in athletics, during the previous twelve months, and have been nominated by their clubs
Any clubs wishing to nominate their athletes for these awards are asked to kindly submit their athletes names, along with a brief synopsis, and a photo, to be with This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 6pm on 10th January (so that the Awards Booklet can be compiled and printed)
Only athletes who have been selected by Athletics Ireland, or Paralympics Ireland, to represent Ireland are eligible for these awards
The Athlete, or a family member, is required to attend on the night
[Note 1: While may athletes may have competed with honour and distinction in events, such as World and European Masters Championships, these are self-selection events and are not eligible for these awards. It should be noted that those selected by Irish Masters for Briitish and Irish Masters Cross-Country Teams are eligible for the awards, as the selections are endorsed by Athletics Ireland

Cork Athletics Aspiring Young Athletes 2020
Along with the International Awards, training bursaries are presented to Aspiring Young Athletes, selected on several criteria, including significant athletic achievement, progression and application to their chosen athletic discipline(s)
