The December Cork City athlete of the month award goes to Sean Lawton, Durrus AC
Sean Lawton, Durrus AC, is the Cork City Sports Athlete for the month of December, in honour and recognition of his tremendous victory at the National Under 19 Cross-Country Championship, held in Navan, County Meath
This was the first national cross country title for this versatile athlete. By virtue of this performance, Sean was subsequently selected on the Irish Under 20 team, for the Celtic International, which was held in Renfrew Scotland in January
