A very busy week this week! On the roads, we have the Coolagown 10k on Thursday, with Shandrum AC's 4 Mile and Courtmacsherry 10k, both on the following day, Friday 24th
On the T&F side, Tuesday evening's East Cork Junior & Senior T&F Championships kick off the week, with Juvenile action at the Tailteann Games, in Tullamore on Friday. Saturday sees North Cork AC's Banteer Open Sports, along with Day 1 of the 2 Day National Senior T&F Championships, in Santry
