Louise Shanahan, Cambridge University and Leevale AC, retained her British Universities Indoor 800m Championship Title, in Sheffield today, with a commanding performance, winning in 2:05.87, from Francesca Brint in 2:07.53. While there were still five athletes in contention at the bell, Louise was always in control, and, after 'opening it up' entering the back straight, was pulling away all the way to the line
