This afternoon, Thursday November 28th, 2019, Aoife Cooke, Eagle AC was presented with the Cork City Sports Athlete of the Month Award for October 2019
The Cork City Sports Athlete of the Month of October goes to Aoife Cooke (Eagle AC). At the Dublin City Marathon on the 27th of the month Aoife won the Irish Senior title, winning in a substantial lifetime best time of 2:32:34. This time ranks her 5th in the all-time Irish Women's Marathon rankings.
Aoife Cooke, Eagle AC, is the recipient of the Cork City Sports Athlete of the Month award for October 2019.
