The Bere Island Mid-Summer Run comprises 5k and a 10K road races, and a 5K walk, around the scenic roads of Bere Island, with stunning views, stretching from Whiddy Island to the USA
5 km race starts at 1:00pm
10 km starts at 1:10pm
The Entry Fee:
The course is AAI licensed and measured with a Jones counter. Please note the race is not individually timed
There will be after race entertainment etc. Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, for Male & Female, in both categories, and also some senior categories. Come along and enjoy the weekend, and stay on the Island, please check out www.bereisland.net If you prefer walking, you can also try out our 5K walk, which is suitable for everyone. Entry for the walk can also be taken on the day, and special deals are available for families
