Exclusive to Ages U17 to U23 Jumps athletes (Top 4 at provincial championships / Top 8 at Nationals)
This is a 1 day squad training session for Jumps athletes in TUS Athlone on May 4th
To build a community of practice
To facilitate the socialisation of Jumpers
To reduce the drop-out rate in Jumpers
To develop knowledge in athletes and coaches
2pm - 3pm - Guest speaker as part of the coach network day (optional)
3pm - 5pm - Jumps squad training session
