Senior women - 5000m - 1 Red and 3 yellow
Senior men - 10000m - 2 red laps and 6 yellow laps
Under - 9 boys and girls  750m - 1 blue lap   (note different start)
Under - 11 boys and girls - 1500m - 1 yellow lap
Under - 13 boys and girls - 2500m - 2 red laps and 1 yellow lap
Under - 15 boys and girls - 3500m - 1 red lap and 2 yellow laps
Under - 17 girls - 4000m -  2 red laps and 2 yellow laps
Under - 17 boys - 5000m - 1 red lap and 3 yellow laps
Under - 19 girls open race - 4000m - 2 red laps and 2 yellow laps

Senior Events start at 12 Noon
Juvenile Events will follow the Senior events, and are nominally scheduled for 13:00 (1pm)




Every adult must pay €5 at the gate. 


No Dogs AllowedImage
Please do NOT bring dogs to the venue.  Only Guide dogs, and other registered assistance dogs, are permitted at Cork Athletics venues, on health and safety grounds.  In addition, the presence of a dog is likely to impair the functioning of a trained assistance dog.  A person bringing a non-assistance dog is likely to be asked to keep their dog in their car, or, in extreme cases, to leave the venue.

Photography & Videos

Every person taking photos or videos at these Cross-Country Championships MUST register, on the day, with Cork Athletics Child Protection Officer, or other official. Those taking photos and/or videos may be required to wear identifying Hi-Viz vests.  All images taken must comply with the codes/policies below.
