U-10 Girls & Boys – 1000m – 2 red laps
U-12 Girls & Boys – 2000m – 1 red lap and 1 yellow lap
U-14 Girls & Boys – 30000m – 2 yellow laps
U-16 Girls & Boys – 4000m – 2 red laps and 2 yellow laps
U-18 Girls – 4000m – 2 red laps and 2 yellow laps
U-18 boys – 6000m – 4 yellow laps
Novice & U-23 women - 4000m – 2 red laps and 2 yellow laps
Novice & U-23 men – 6000m – 4 yellow laps

Admission:
Every adult must pay €5 at the gate.
If you are an athlete competing on the day, you will get a sticker, when you pay the €5.
By finish line, there will be a designated table, and, on production of
the sticker, your name will be ticked off the list, which will have
been compiled from teh official entry list, and you will be refunded
your €5.
