Entry forms have already been distributed to affiliated schools.

Entries may be emailed or posted. If entries are emailed (obrienlm@eircom.net) payment be made in full by Friday 8th May at registration. Payment may be made by bank transfer – contact George Bradfield (George@bandongrammar.ie) for details.

All schools taking part must be currently affiliated to Irish Schools Athletic Association.

Junior

(Under 15 on 1st July 2015): 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m, 4x100m Relay, 75m Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump,  Shot (2.72Kg), Discus (0.75kg), Javelin (400g) 1200mWalk
Friday 8th May:  Hammer (2.5Kg), Pole Vault

Intermediate

(Under 17 on 1st July 2015): 100m, 200m, 300m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 80mHurdles, 4x100mRelay, 300m Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot(3Kg), Discus (1Kg). Javelin (500g), 2000mWalk.      Under 16 (on 1st July 2015): 1 mile
Friday 8th May: Hammer (3kg), Pole Vault

Senior

(Under 19 on 1st January 2015): 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 100mHurdles, 400m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot (4Kg), Discus (1Kg), Javelin (600g), 3000m Walk.
Friday 8th May: Hammer (4Kg), Pole Vault

Parking

From Melbourne Road, proceed west towards the inner roundabout. Proceed straight through and take either the first or second left, parking on one of the parking-tiers behind the stand at the CIT track.  From there proceed down the hill on foot to the GAA stand.
