Day 1 - Thursday July 16th
Bandon AC's Scott Gibson and Leevale AC's Sam Healy both progress, with
Sam Healy jumping a PB of 7m 38cm. Scott Gibson qualified
outright, in the Men's 400m, in a time of 48.41 secs. Other Irish
qualifiers were Andrew Coscoran, in the men's 1500m and Ciara Nevill,
who qualified in the Women's 100m, but failed to progress beyond the
semis.
Day 2 - Friday July 17th
Cillian Kirwan and Matthew Behan both progress, in the 800m and 1500m, respectively. Sam Healy goes in the Mens Long Jump Final, at 17:15 Irish time, while Scott Gibson runs in the Mens 400m semi, at 18:05.
