Start Line

The course starts close to the former Crows Nest pub, at the city end of the Carrigrohane Road (aka The Straight Road), just before the Kingsley Hotel.  The race heads west, along Carrigrohane Road, as far as Inchigaggin, where it turns left, and left again, on to Model Farm Road.  At this point there is a short sharp hill, passing the Tennis Village, followed by a good level section and another short climb near Mount Mercy Secondary School.  After this it's all downhill, followed by a level run in to the finish line.

Race Finish

The race finish is at the entrance to the Headway premises, by the car-park on the Carrigrohane Road .
