Cork athletes took twenty five (25) from a total of forty two (42) podium places in the Munster Juvenile Pentathlon Championships. There were a total of seven Gold, eight Silver and ten Bronze for Cork, with Girls and Boys pretty evenly matched, however the boys shading it slightly, with thirteen medals to the girls twelve.
The girls had two Gold Medalists, Leevale AC's Emily Wall, with 2530 points, won the Girls Under 16, while Hannah Falvey, Belgooly AC, was the Girls Under 13 Gold medalist, on 1336 points.
The boys brought home five Gold medals: Ryan Onoh, Under 11, 1102 points; John Cashman, Under 13, 1438 points; Harry Nevin, Under 15, 2963 points and Reece Ademola, Under 16, 2632 points, all from Leevale AC, while Midleton AC's George Alamu, took Under 15 Gold with 1753 points
