Orla Barry takes World ParaAthletics Silver

Orla Barry, from Ladysbridge, has taken ParaAthletic Silver at this evenings session. Throwing in the F57 category, Orla threw 28.89m on her fifth throw, to confirm her Silver medal, adding to her Silver Medal at the Rio Paralympics.
The Gold Medal winner, Nassima Saifi, Algeria, threw 34.05m with her second throw, to take Gold.

Earlier today, Niamh McCarthy, Eagle AC, won ParaAthletic Silver at the morning session. Throwing in the F41 category, Niamh threw 26.17m on her fifth throw, to confirm her Silver medal.
