Brandon Arrey, Blarney-Inniscarra AC, is Cork's only representative on the twenty strong Irish team at the European U23 Championships taking place in Bydgoszcz, Poland, from today, Thursday 13th - Sunday 16th July 2017
Update:
Brandon Arrey ran in Heat 1 of the 400m this morning, in a time of 53 seconds flat, well outside his season's best of 47.35 seconds, set in Oordegem, Belgium, in May. Unfortunately Brandon appeared to be struggling from the outset, but it isn't known at this stage what the underlying cause was. He is also scheduled to run on the 4x400m team, so we hope he will be fully recovered by then.
