With 150 days to go to race day, entries are filling very rapidly.  There is an absolute entry limit of 20,000, which will NOT be extended this year.  On Friday last, entries stood at just over 9,000, so there has been a big influx over the past few days.  Speaking to the Marathon organisers this morning, they are confidently predicting that entries will close well before the end of June...so don't dither and miss the boat.....get your entries in.

NB: There is NO LATE ENTRY Dispensation for Athletics Ireland National Marathon entries.

Runners competing in the Athletics Ireland National Marathon Championship MUST enter in the normal fashion, the same as everyone else.  So, when entries close, that's it..... unless you're an elite athlete.
