Carmel Parnell
In November, Carmel won her 8th consecutive, and 11th age group title, in total, at the British and Irish Masters Home International Cross-Country event held in Tollcross Park, Glasgow. Carmel won the Over 60 section, and led Ireland to a team victory as well.
