Athletics Ireland Sets Performance Standards for London 2017 IAAF World Championships
Performance Standards set by Athletics Ireland for selection consideration
Athletics Ireland has set its own Qualification Periods in which the Performance Standards must be achieved. Selection will be based on performances during the Qualification Periods from 1 January 2015 to 24 April 2016 for the Marathon.
Cork Athletics Editorial Note: The Qualification Periods mentioned above appear to be out of line with the 2017 event - the qualification period cited has closed. I have been reliably informed that the Qualification period should be Jan 1 2016 to 24 April 2017. Awaiting official confirmation/update.
