Munster Athletics acknowledge, with gratitude, the landowners, for the use of Their lands for the event. Without their kind permission, and that of many other landowners, it would not be possible to hold cross-country events

First Race is at 11:30am. Juveniles are off first, with Novice & Under 23 after Juvenile Races
There is no warming up, running or cooling down permitted on the HORSE RACING COURSE, at Limerick Racecourse, on Sunday.
Any warm-ups in the facility must be done on the green areas beside the car park, or in the large field at the bottom of the cross-country course, behind the yard where everyone will congregate.
There is a good section there that can be used as indicated in the Course Map below.
EVERYONE IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED FROM CROSSING THE WHITE BARRIERS THAT MARK THE PERIMETER OF THE HORSE RACING COURSE
