Race Proceeds

This 5K in Charleville, on Sunday 14th July, is hosted by North Cork AC.

North Cork AC Club Chairman, Tom, & Club Secretary, Brigita, are running this year's New York City Marathon, to raise vital funds for CMRF Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin.

CMRF Crumlin was originally set up to provide vital funding to paediatric research, which was and remains utterly underfunded. This is an area which is considered a beacon of hope to hundreds of thousands of families who face weeks, months, and often years of disruption and challenge, due to childhood illness.

Tom himself has a very personal attachment to the hospital through his own son, who, as a baby, underwent life saving surgery in Crumlin.

Tom and Brigita have fundraising pages, and will be delighted with personal contributions:

All support you can give these two club officers is greatly appreciated.

Great fun 5k with music, refreshments and a few spot prizes thrown in.

Entry: €10, kids - €5, family - €20.
