Supporters

For anyone who is not taking part in the race, there is still plenty to do in Crosshaven. Crosshaven is a fantastic backdrop for the event, and the natural layout of the village lends itself to creating a unique and enjoyable atmosphere. A vantage point near the village square guarantees that you will see all the athletes. There will be a DJ at the Start/Finish line to help lift the atmosphere and create excitement for the athletes.

The Courses

Both the 5Km (19:37 start) and 10Km (19:30 start) races start and finish outside Centra, in the Village Square. Athletes go around the roundabout, and out through the village, on to the Carrigaline Road. Athletes continue on this road, passing the RNLI Lifeboat Station, as well as the famous Royal Cork Yacht Club for a little under 2.5km, until they reach the turning point for the 5Km.

The turning point for the 10Km race is near to O'Leary's Cross - French Furze.

Both races turn back onto themselves, allowing the athletes a straight run back to the finish line, outside Centra, in the village.
