Special Shot Put Session
John Kelly, Irish Senior Shot-Put Champion
Coach Dave Frattioli is covering an additional session, this Saturday, for Shot Put ONLY. This is an additional session to cover last Saturday's session, as Dave was unable to attend, due to a family bereavement.
The regular sessions, for all the usual disciplines, including Shot Put, will continue as normal, on Saturday week, November 25th. There are two sessions left in the series, with the second last session in the series on Saturday November 25th and the final session on Saturday December 9th
These Technical Coaching Events are confined to Athletics Ireland registered athletes who are registered with Cork Athletics clubs.
