Training
Training resumes at 8pm, on Monday January 17th
Mondays, 8pm: Interval Training at Running Track, in GAA Grounds, Newtown, Rosscarbery
This session is aimed at ALL running levels, and this is an ideal time to start/return to running
Thursdays, 8pm: Tempo run. Meet at the Recycle Centre, (opposite the parish Hall)
