Training
Carrigaline roadrunners (Carrigaline AC) was formed in May 2012. The aim of the club is to help meet people at your own level, and, as a group, we want to encourage you with your running goals!
Runners meet on Tuesday and Thursday, at 7:00pm, at the Carrigaline Community Hall car park.
We have a number of different levels to suit all needs, all overseen by our Athletics Ireland Coach.
We regularly run Couch to 5 km programmes for beginners.
