In darkness, wearing;

Black - a motorist will see you from just 15m
Dark/Navy - they will see you from 30m
Yellow - Its 50m
White - 75m

Hi-Viz - 150m

It's a no-brainer - wear a Hi-Viz or other reflective clothing!
