Child Welfare and Garda Vetting, Nov 21st 2014
Munster Athletics has organised a Child Welfare and Garda Vetting
talk, for 7:30pm, Friday 21st November 2014, in
the Garda College, Templemore, Co. Tipperary.
The evening is intended to be an informative and practical one,
dealing with Child Welfare and Garda Vetting topics. These are both
essential and mandatory for every County Board and Club to be
familiar with, in our current society. The speaker is the very
experienced Athletics Ireland Child Welfare Tutor, Kieron Stout, and
the talk will last approximately an hour and a half.
As Child Welfare becomes an increasingly important element in our
sport, it would be ideal if all County Boards and Clubs could have
their Child Welfare Officers present, or at least one representative,
so that all Boards and Clubs are up to date with all relevant
information.
