Registration opens at 11am and closes at 12.30pm sharp in Togher Community Centre, Togher Road
ALL participants must go to registration in Togher Community Centre to register and/or collect their race numbers
Changing facilities for ladies will be available in Togher Community Centre and Mens changing facilities will be across the road in Togher AC Clubhouse
Parking is available in Togher Community Centre, Togher Boys National School and the neighbouring Church of the Way of the Cross
The start line, which is at Ryan’s SuperValu, Togher Road is 1.2km (15 min walk) away from registration
There will be a shuttle bus to the start line from registration available on the day. The last shuttle bus from registration to the start line will leave at 12.45pm
All participants are invited for prize giving and post-race refreshments in Togher Boys National School, which is 700m away from the finish line. The party will be in full swing here with entertainment being kindly provided by Pat Fitz

Parking is available at Togher Community Centre, Togher Boys National School and in the nearby Church grounds.

Start

Togher AC Ryan's Supervalu 5k - Start Line

After the start, turn right, into Earlwood Estate, heading straight up as far as the T junction, where you turn left, followed by two more lefts, then a right, bringing you onto a downhill section, on Hazel Road.

1 Km -Hazel Road - Approaching LIDL

Togher AC Ryan's Supervalu 5k - 1km Mark

After the 1km mark, pass LIDL, on the right, around the front of LIDL, onto ELM Road and then a right turn, crossing Clashduv Road, heading towards Glasheen Road

2km - Clashduv Road

The 2km mark, is just before the junction of Clashduv Road with Glasheen Road
Togher AC Ryan's Supervalu 5k - 2km Mark

Left onto Glasheen Road, past St Finbarr's Cemetary, then left into Green Park, then right on Green Park, followed by left onto Summerstown Road

3km Mark - Summerstown Road

Togher AC Ryan's Supervalu 5k - 3km Mark

The 3k Mark is just before the junction with Sandymount Avenue. Turn left onto Sandymount Avenue, and left again onto Summerstown, then immediate right onto Sandymount Drive. Follow Sandymount Drive to the junction with Riverview Estate, where the course turns left. Continue on to Clashduv, turning right and retracing the route.

4Km Mark - Clashduv Road

Togher AC Ryan's Supervalu 5k - 4km Mark

The 4k mark is outside Clashduv Park. Continue along Clashduv Road and turn right into Deanrock Avenue and on to the Finish Line.
