Wind and heavy rain led to significantly reduced crowds at today's 31st annual GOAL Mile in CIT, Cork.  Nevertheless several hundred die-hards braved the elements and enjoyed high spirits.  Some 50 to 60 runners and walkers took place in the six runs held before 11:45.
