Jumps Workshop, CIT Track, Friday September 26th
A Jumps Workshop is being held, on Friday 26th September, at
CIT Track, from 7 to 9pm. Registration will take place, at the
track entrance, from 6.40-6.55pm. The cost is €5 per person. The
workshop will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coaches Steve Fleming
(Long Jump) and Eamonn Flanagan (High Jump). The workshop is
open to all athletes & coaches aged 11+.
