open to those selected on the squad.
The first date is Saturday 22nd November, starting at 10am, at Cork IT
Track, for all event groups, except the endurance group, due to the
National XC Championships the following day, in Dundalk IT.

"The regional performance squad sessions will provide an
opportunity for you to move your athletics career to the next level,
getting
closer to achieving standards for major championships at youth and
junior
levels.
The performance squad is designed to complement the
coaching you already receive at your club and your personal coach is
highly
advised to attend with you.
Each athlete will be asked to pay €25 in total for the
squad sessions to help cover some of the costs involved."

Cork Athletics fifth Training Day of it's Autumn/Winter Technical
Coaching Days is on Saturday Nov 15th, with the final date on Sat Dec 6th
These
Technical Coaching Events are confined to any AAI registered
athletes who are registered with
Cork AAI clubs. Club coaches and parents are welcome to come along and
participate in the sessions. Cost: €5 per day.
