NB: These Cork Throws Championships are being held in conjunction with the Avodhu Track & Field Championships, and the two championships are SEPARATE Championships
There are NO Cork County Track Championships being held at this meet
Shot Put - U13 and above
Javelin - U13 and above
Hammer - U14 and above
Discus - U14 and above
Hammer 10:30 am (all together)
Warm up for the hammer will start at 9:45am, with the official event to start at 10:30am
Discus 11:30am (all together)
Javelin 13:00pm (starting from U13, may combine older ages depending on numbers)
Shot Put 14:00pm (starting from U13, may combine older ages depending on numbers)
Max of 3 events per person
All entries to be completed on E4S system (link above) by 20:00pm, on April 12th
Individual medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age and gender category
Athletes in transfer window must compete in a neutral (white) top.
