The AGM will commence at 7:45pm sharp. 

Each affiliated club is entitled to send four (4) voting delegates.  Voting and other matters can be found in the Cork Athletics Constitution (PDF file). Cork Athletics Bye-Laws (PDF file)

Due to the volume of business before the meeting, reports that may have been circulated to clubs beforehand will be taken as read.

To facilitate those travelling, in particular, finger food will be served at approx. 19:15
